Patti is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Certified Employee Assistance Professional who has been working in the behavioral health field for over 35 years. For  14 years she directed the State of Michigan’s Employee Assistance Program (EAP) where she developed strategies and services to address work and personal concerns of State of Michigan employees. These services supported and improved employee well-being and work performance

 

She oversaw the traumatic incident stress response services offered to employees following critical workplace incidents and employee grief related situations. She is certified in Critical Incident Stress Management response and disruptive event management services. She is also experienced in creating and providing innovative employee wellness presentations, customized to the stressors of specific work environments.

Prior to her experience working for the State of Michigan, Patti was the site administrator, clinical therapist, and affiliate EAP provider at a large outpatient behavioral health clinic for 18 years.  Patti’s extensive experience in the EAP field coupled with over 30 years’ experience leading teams and managing organizations, makes her uniquely qualified as an EAP consultant.
